The gentleman at the reception who I believe might of been the owner went above and beyond his duties to provide good service. Check in was very busy and he was the only one working. He was pleasant and was very reasonable when trying to resolve booking issues with myself and another guest.

Well we turned up and they told us they can’t accommodate us due to reservation system fault. No help and blamed booking.com Terrible service and cost us double for 2 nights at another hotel

Service and location were great. The Bedsheet had stains, fridge, and ac didn't work, but they fixed it on the second day.

Great location to start our trip in Montréal, in walking distance to the metro station, as well as the harbour site (if you don't mind a little bit of walking). A nice and clean place with a friendly & helpful staff. Great location to start our trip in Montréal. Nice breakfast places nearby (La graine brûlée)!

Amazing bathroom and shower, super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location and also had Netflix to access and had a nice fridge and microwave in the room which were all very helpful! Finally the AC was brand new and worked so well and safe in the closet. The overall look was so nice and new the lighting were awesome too

The location was perfect for my needs. There were restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacy, the Metro all within walking distance of the hotel.

The bathroom shower heads were awesome. The room was too small though. No counter space or a place in the shower to but your toiletries.

The place has greatly improved. The rooms are stellar. Clean, comfortable, and modernized facilities. Quiet, as I rarely heard the guests in the adjoining rooms. Great location, with easy access to parking and other amenities. An all around nice stay. Will be back for sure.

The staff were originally sympathetic for complaints of television Remote controller and minor peculiarities and housekeeping had acknowledged these problems, renovations and many more for this particular degrading neighbourhood. For the cost, minus the ripoff of my deposit, $212 is okay for two nights en centre ville. Liked the tile work and bathroom without shower doors nor curtain. Lol Clean towels Thanks

Unfortunately I did not stay at the hotel since they had a problem on the floor where my room should have been, they relocated me to another hotel around same area and refunded me the difference between their rate and the other hotel which was slightly higher Special thanks to Khadidja for the phone calls and professionalism Even if I didn't stay at the hotel they handled my situation very professionally

Location is AMAZING. Super convenient for people who love the nightlife. Easy to walk to the metro, bus station and bars. Lots of groceries, depanneurs and pharmacies around.

Room was very clean and well presented. Loved the hard wood floors and the bathroom a lot! Everything was modern and clean with the appropriate amount of amenities.
